Install and run the software on your machine using download buttons.
And then, if you have Outlook install in your computer then select "Convert configured Outlook mailbox Data".
Select PST file or folder from you local computer and hit the "Select Files" or "Select Folder" option.
You can see all the Outlook PST data will appear on the software screen.
After that, use "Black & White Mode" option for non-searchable PDF file and also check the "Convert attachment as PDF" option.
Next, select the location to save the exported data using the browse icon.
Choose the folder from the local storage and user can also create folder to save output data.
The software gives you 11 file naming option, choose accordingly to save output in the professional manner.
Click on the "Filter Options" and apply filter accordingly. This feature is helpful for avoiding unnecessary data.
