STEP 1
Download and install MBOX to PDF Converter on your Windows Machine and Read all Instructions.
Select one option from Select Files or Select Folders for uploading MBOX files in the toolkit.
Select MBOX file or folder from you local computer and hit the "Select Folder" option.
You can see all the MBOX File data will appear on the software screen.
Now, check on Convert Attachments as PDF if you want to convert all MBOX email attachments as PDF document too. Also, enable Black & White mode to create non-searchable PDF file
Next, hit the folder icon to save the converted PDF file. And choose the folder from the local storage and user can also create folder to save output data.
Choose a required file naming option for managing the resultant files in a systematic manner.
At last, hit on Convert tab to begin MBOX emails to PDF documents conversion.
The conversion process has been completed successfully.
After completing the conversion, the software will automatically open the resulting path. Get result same as MBOX folder name.
The software create separate PDF file for each MBOX file with all attachments.
STEP 12
Finally, the tool create a final log report which contain all the conversion details.
