How to Allow Third-Party Access Security In Xfinity Comcast?
- Launch Xfinity Connect.
- Select Settings after clicking the Gear symbol in the upper-right corner of the page.
- After that, select Security.
- Select the Third Party Access Security check box to grant third-party apps access to your Xfinity Connect email address.
How to Create a Comcast Email App Password?
NOTE: Comcast offers Multi-Factor Authentication using the Xfinity Authenticator app to provide extra layers of security for logging in and accessing most of your Xfinity services.
You need to disable 2-factor authentication in your Comcast email account. If it is enabled, you can generate an app password and use the same app password to Login into the Software.
- Download the Xfinity Authenticator app
- Open the app and select Register with Xfinity.
- Use your Xfinity ID and password to sign in.
- Enter Code
- After the Verification>> On Two-Step Verification.
